  Unfortunately I had a really upsetting experience here, myself and my partner was verbally attacked off the reservoir, as two women were making awful comments at us and making us feel very uncomfortable. Management hadn't updated me on the situation and I felt like the situation had been treated with little care, as apparently these two women were known to South West Lakes for situations similar to this.
